Hi istarted my weight loss a year ago and nearly lost 3stones. But its ben very slow. Since I'm not very active. So my weight loss was by diet alone 1200 caloriess
Now i eat 650 calories. I have another stone to lose but its really difficult and I end up binging and putting on 4lbs then that takes another week to lose and the cycle continues
I'm 21 5'2inches weigh 10 stones. Need to get to 9! I'm tired of dieting what do i do

When you're restricting by that much, your blood sugar drops and your cognitive function suffers. It makes you miserable and more likely to over-eat later. What you're doing is dangerous and will only lead to mental and physical difficulties.

Stop dieting and change your lifestyle. Eat healthy foods and eat more. Much more. You will never lose weight instantly, but 650 calories can be dangerous.0

Hun, believe it or not, you NEED to eat to lose weight. Eating 650 calories puts your body in starvation mode, kills your metabolism, makes you MORE hungry and ultimately destroys your body.
Everyone's body is different so try seeing what MFP gives you for a daily calorie intake try that for a day and see how you feel! Also try adding a moderate workout to your daily routine! It's hard to start but you get into the habit and it turns out being fun!
Losing weight doesn't happen over night so you need to think of this as a lifestyle change and not a diet that will end as soon as you drop the weight.

Eating that little is eating disorder territory. I don't know that you have one...but based on what you said it is possible. Please see a doctor or a counselor who can help you.0
