I joined April 2013 and began with 30 mins daily swim, increasing to 60 minutes daily. After a month or two I added in the 30 day shred and cut back to 30 mins daily swim. After the shred I went on to Boost metabolism burn fat dvd and 6 weeks to 6 pack. I started at 189 and lost around 40 lbs over 4-5 months. I just got…

Bump I am working on BFBM (Jillian Michaels) on 3 days, alternating with Fitnessbender workout with weights for Fat Loss on 3 days, swimming half hour after each session, with a rest day on Sunday when I just swim. Doing this thru August then on holiday for 2 weeks, so I will be looking to change up mid September.

Only 111 days so far and I'm halfway to where I think I'd like to be....but I feel as tho I may carry on logging when I get to maintaining as I don't ever want to put the weight back on again! Logging in keeps my diet on track and I like to read the forums to say motivated...tho the biggest motivation is the way I feel as…

I started out swimming half hour daily and quickly built up to an hour daily. After a few weeks I added in the 30 day shred and I've been doing 100 squats daily for 63 days now. In 15 weeks I have lost 28lbs. I eat up to 1400 cals eating some exercise back. I feel so much better and I am swimming stronger and could go…

I am fast approaching my 50th birthday...I did level 1 then had a 5 day break as my ankle swelled up...started level 2 and on day 7 today. I couldn't do the full jacks at the beginning but I can now. No pictures but I have lost 3" from my hips and 2" from my waist. Stamina so much better. Will measure again after level 3.…

I swim an hour every day in an Endless Pool...against a current...I have no idea how much distance I cover. Thinking about getting a Polar FT4 or something to help with that. I am not a great swimmer, but my stamina has improved so much . I started the 30 day shred two weeks ago then swim afterwards...I am usually a heap…

Good luck! You have come to the right place. Just keep coming back , track your food and keep up the exercise. Take it one small challenge at a time. You will get there if you persevere :o)

I have weak knees and especially my right knee. I feel it using stairs. I figured I hadn't helped being overweight. I don't know if I can fix it, but I started doing 100 squats every day...day 42 now and I have lifted my bum, slimmed my thighs and I have begun to strengthen the muscles that support my knees. I think it…

None scale victory! Mine this week was pushing a trolley loaded with big bags of compost at a run across the car park...did it without getting breathless and felt so strong! Started a 30 day 100 squats per day challenge 40 days ago....it has become a habit now....and it has strengthened my thighs, slimmed down my legs and…

I just got to day 8 level 1 and using only 3lb weights, but that's enough for my weedy arms just now. Like you I plan to move straight on to level 2, no breaks, as I feel I need to see a difference in my shape as soon as possible to keep my motivation up.

:ohwell: I am down 21 lbs and still in the same UK size 16 pants, but they are no longer squeezing me like a sausage in it's skin, they are loose and comfortable. I think like everyone else I will have to lose another 10-15 lbs to get down a size, and whilst we all work hard to get there it is still disheartening sometimes…

BUMP for later as just starting 30 Day Shred.

Aiming for 50 overall, with a loss of 21 lbs over 10 weeks. I started out swimming half hour daily, built up to an hour every day. Added in the 100 squats /day challenge ( on day 29 today) and just started the 30 day shred ( day 4 today). Hoping to reach my halfway goal of 25lbs in the next 4-5 weeks in time for a friend's…

Well done! I have lost 19 lbs in 9 weeks, hoping to lose 50 all together. It has helped to set little goals. My first was a weekend away and I couldn't believe I was going 19 lbs lighter...next is a wedding in July in 5 weeks...hoping to maybe lose another 6 or 7 lbs by then which will get me to my halfway goal. Started @…

I was pleased when my BMI moved from Obese to Overweight! Just keep at it and we will all get there!
