Help me!! HRM for a petite woman?

My amazing husband surprised me with a Timex HRM the other day, but after running with it I found that the calories burned were completely inaccurate. For example, Runkeeper and MFP said I burned around 400 calories, and my HRM said I burned well over 1,000 calories. While I would love to believe I burned that many calories, there is just no way. I am a woman under 5 ft at about 137 pounds, and my heart rate tends to run high. What HRM do you recommend that will calculate accurate calories based on my stats? I don't need anything fancy -- I just want something that will give me an accurate calorie estimate. Thank you in advance!!
