Making good progress

After going to the Dr a couple of times, they weighed me in at 301 lbs. That was my wake-up call. about a month ago I joined Planet Fitness and started keeping track of my eating, weight, and exercise on myfitnesspal.com. When I weighed myself this morning I was down to 284. I have been working out about 5 days a week and am hoping I can keep myself motivated. My goal is being down to 250 by December 1st. Wife and I celebrate our 25th anniversary and I don't want to feel like a beached whale on the beaches of Mexico.

    Good luck! You have come to the right place. Just keep coming back , track your food and keep up the exercise. Take it one small challenge at a time. You will get there if you persevere :o)

    Thank you. I'm really motivated, I just hope it stays. I was at the gym this morning (4th of July) at 7 am.
