  • I believe cutting out my sugars and complex carbs has helped me the most. Not only does it help me loose weight, i feel less bloated and full after meals and i don't get the sugar cravings. I think that it up to each individual to find what works best for them. I personally am sticking to watching my carb and sugar intake.

  • The cardio abs was definately hard....i think its more uncomfortable because we just did pure cardio and then start another workout on top of it. I think that next time i will do my cardio in the morning and my abs at night and see if that helps my attitude toward it.

  • I think we should all be happy with the decision someone has made that works for them. I am a firm believer that knocking someone down when they are happy with themselves takes them to a questioning world in thier mind which sabatoges any success they have made for themselves. • I notice that i sometimes aquire blisters when i am running either up or down hill....the friction is what causes it. You could also be using your right foot a little differently than your left or your toe being longer than your big toe could be taking the brunt of the impact causing the blister....
