Try cooked rice mixed with chopped & sauteéd chicken, frozen corn, and 1/8-1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Put it in the oven just long enough for the corn to cook and the cheese to melt. It's delicious.

I wouldn't say weight lose receipe, but quick and easy with a baby.
    Pork Chops:

what you need, and prefered choice, I use thin cut. of pork chops.
salt, pepper, lemon, and garlic- sprinkle on one side of pork chops. Hear up a small amount of olive oil in a pan, add pork chops, cook pork chops untill browned, reduce heat, cover to make sure fully cooked, and to keep warm. Bob Evans mashed potatoes into microwave. finish with those, vegetable to microwave (steam in bag variety)
I also make a sauce on the side for my fiancee, not so much for me. about 3/4 a cup of jack Daniels, about 1/4 a cup of honey, about 1/4 a cup of the red sweet and sour sauce, simmer in a small pan, stirring with a whisk until reduced. I am still perecting this sauce to get the sweetness right, my try some grape jelly in it the next time. I keep the sauce, and any sauce on the side, dip if you'd like it.

    Honey Balsamic Chicken

    Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
    1:1 Honey and Balsamic Vinegar
    Thyme

Heat your pan to medium high, sear the chicken and sprinkle with Thyme.
Mix the honey and balsamic vinegar, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
Add the mixture to the pan and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

As a bonus, the sauce tastes great over green beans, provided it reduced enough when it was cooking.

    my version of chicken salad

    1 whole rotisserie chicken
    2 celery stalks
1 to 2 cups of red grapes cut in half
glazed walnuts or almonds(whichever u prefer)
    brick style cheese
    plain greek yogurt

debone and cube the chicken and add the chopped celery, grapes and walnuts....
cube the cheese ( the smaller the better) and throw it in. Add 3/4 to 1 cup of plain greek yogurt and the seasonings of your choice, i add salt and pepper and mix together.

    the best chicken salad ever,
you can put it on bread for sandwiches or crackers or eat it plain...its a grab and go favorite of mine.
