I start with a 3:30 front plan, then rotate and do a 1-1:30 plank on each side. That's my longest plank session yet.

Ok I can't keep a secret. It's Optimum Nutrition NATURAL 100% Whey Vanilla. I think it works particularly well because it's not very sweet!

Optimum Nutrition NATURAL-- 100% Whey Protein. I use the chocolate. It's not overly sweet like many others. There's been lots of controversy about whether or not protein powders actually have what they claim. Many don't. Check labdoor to make sure.

Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped almonds and dried cranberries, and protein powder. Filling, quick and easy to make, and gives a huge hit of protein. :)

Maxie: your best bet is to do some level of elimination test yourself as mentioned earlier. To do this, as far as I know and how I did it, is simple: quit eating wheat entirely for a couple weeks and keep a food journal noting what you eat, time, and how you feel. Then after a couple weeks, reintroduce wheat (pizza, pasta,…

I find that 5-10g creatine + 5g glutamin + protein works well. Just started jack3d, but don't think it's as effective as creatine.
