Having tried several bra's over the years and spent good money the only time I've felt truly supported was when I used an old nursing bra and regular bra together. And you can find these very cheap, anywhere.

Did 1200 for a week and it was the worst week of my life. At 5"9 and 173lb, I was losing 2 pounds a day!!. No energy for exercise and felt terribly tired all day. MFP should really dump the 1200 as even toddlers are advised to eat around 1400 cal and they hover around 3 foot. It's madness.

I calculate each individual veg/fruit and add it all up. I generally only juice vegetables and don't believe I should make funeral arrangements just yet. How bizarre.

My favourite post-workout is, celery, cucumber,carrots and limes. Throw in some strawberries and blueberries if you want it extra yummy.

I said it because I did this for a week. It left me incredibly tired and groggy and with little energy or desire for exercise. What I find works for me now is 1500 cal, half of those consumed before my afternoon run. it gives me plenty of energy and allows me to burn all the calories eaten. Which then gives me a clean…
