Now that I've created the ticker, and posted it here on the board, how does it work? Does it update as I update myfitnesspal.com, or do I need to go to ticker to update every time?0

Didn't quite make my goal last month so keeping it at 45 miles this month and hope for some really nice weather, need to get moving as have a 10k to do at the start of next month0
