I am 5'3". I started at 130lbs lost ten pounds and now I am at 125lbs due to over eating :/ I am now trying to get back on track. Some people say cheat meals are better. Others say no cheat meals at all is best. What is really best???

Thanks for the tips. I chugged a bunch of water...felt like crap at first but then felt better after flushing everything out. I am still pretty bloated though and just taking it easy. Any suggestions on what I could eat later (for dinner) so I don't feel like crap. I would try to make it the rest of the day without food,…
