Goal weight on July 31st: 125 07/01: 130 07/04: 130 07/11: 128 07/18: 07/25: 07/31: 2 lbs lost. I have not been able to get lower than 128. Been bouncing between 128 and 133 since April. I hope I can get over this plateau this month!

I could definitely use more sleep. I have been waking up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. I would be happy if I could get 6-7 straight hours of sleep.

I did Leslie Sansone Start Walking program today. 2 miles in 32 minutes. I keep a heart rate monitor and burned 200 calories today. I also plan to go to a Zumba class later this morning. Enjoy your Memorial Day everyone!

I have the 1, 2 and 3 mile walk DVD's at home. The 2 mile walk is about 30 min, averaging 4 mi/hr. I would log 30 min @ 4 mph. If there is another video that is faster paced, I don't know what the mileage and timeframe is.

I believe the 2 mile walk is 30 min and the 3 mile walk is 45 min, averaging about 1 mile every 15 min or 4 mi/hr. Log how many minutes you walked at a rate of 4 mi/hr.

I have been using a heart rate monitor to count my calories burned. However, my HRM sometimes estimates workouts higher than MFP. Sometimes I'll try log calories in between. You are doing great for 3 weeks! I agree with some of the others that you should switch up your workout routine every once in a while as well as do some strength training along with the cardio.
