Week 1: Was not good at all. I exercised but I did not track my food.
Week 2: Getting better! Did Supreme 90 twice, C25K twice, JM shred once and Bob Harper's KB once. I tracked every single thing I ate and increased my water intake. This helped me lose 4.4 lbs
