I agree, changing it up keeps it interesting for me and I'm always on the lookout for something new I might enjoy!
-
Day-87 Forty minute Leslie Sansone followed by 30 minutes of stretching. I was a bit stiff and could have used more but it was better than nothing.
-
This has been ongoing, so nope, not to late. :)

Open bags of candy. I am a sugar junkie. I eat until the bag is gone and I'm literally sick.
-
I count seeds, fresh herbs, anything measured in significant amounts. A sprinkling of dried herbs, I don't bother.
-
No. I tend to record an activity that burns less. Like if I've been doing aerobics with jumping, I record low-impact aerobics.
-
Welcome! I've yoyo'd quite a bit as a mom but recommitting over a year ago and sticking with it has made all the difference. You CAN!
-
I can't do jumping moves with my hands on the floor, so burbees and mountain climbers in full form are out. I do them at an incline, with my hands on the edge of the couch. It gives me more control, and prevents me from injuring my weak ankle. Adjust how you do them and work on getting closer to form as you get stronger.
-
Day 79- 45 minute fitness blender kettlebell and ab/oblique workout. :)
-
Day 78- Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds, 4 mile walk
-
Oh my gosh, I am so sorry you ladies are dealing with so much. Thinking of you all!
-
Day 77- Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. I did the 4 mile walk, redoing the first mile for five miles total.
-
I'm not a huge fan of slim in six, but it's a good way of shaking things up. The workout without weights and works the most oblique work is my favorite of all of them.
-
As krce so wisely pointed out to me a few days ago, what's lame today at one point would have been kicked your (my, cause she was talking to me) butt. So remember where you were and those lame days won't look so lame. (totally paraphrasing here, sorry!) :) Way to keep moving!
-
Day 76-Leslie Sansone 3 miles, 46 minutes total. Wednesday is my CRAZY day, so it'll have to be shorter workouts Wednesday.
-
Day 75- Slim in six 58 minutes (and I can't name the title of the workout, they have stupid names) Lots of oblique work in the one I did. I'll feel it tomorrow.
-
Day 73- (I don't know how I missed recording this, I know I meant to pop on here!) 78 minutes "Slim in six" Day 74- 70 minutes Leslie Sansone "Walk away the Pounds." I redid the first mile on the four mile walk, so five miles total.
-
Thank you for your wise words. Well said. There was a time when I would have limped after a half hour walk.
-
Day 71- The day was CRAZY and I wasn't home for long but I worked in a half hour walk. Since my minimum exercise goal is a half hour, I'm counting it, although, it seems a little lame to me. Day 72- Eighty minutes Leslie Sansone 5 big miles.
-
Day 70- 43 minutes Leslie Sansone, 5 K. Followed by 23 minutes of kettlebells on fitness blender. Oh and a cool down and stretch.
