I was there at Leeds. We were really scared for him after as he came down with a bang and was out for a good 15 seconds. That night was incredible. Him, Pritchett and Benni all did a 465 then Eddie killed the 500. Eddies' 465 was practically a speed rep. Have to say, as huge a fan of Eddie I am, Pritchett's was the lift of…

I guess I'm lucky because my wife is a stay at home Mum and enjoys cooking food from scratch. When I mean from scratch I mean - from scratch. We don't have jars of anything (other than Nutella haha) Our weekly shopping for veg, fruit, spices and the usual is £60. That feeds a family of 4, from ASDA (UK's Wall Mart) We then…

Fish is the purest source of protein out there. tuna (as mentioned above) has great macros. Salmon and Mackerel are great for high protein and essential fats. Try and avoid long periods of RED meat. Or stick to Venison which is the least fatty. I love red meat but it's not the the best for the body.

Welcome! Just remember these magical words. IT IS NOT A RACE Slow and steady, learn new things about your body and your diet. Take it one day at a time, you will fall off every now and then. Enjoy the little things, don't cut out the bad totally. Nobody ever got fat off one pizza. Good luck
