Coming from someone who lives in a state where it's legal - maybe try a different strain? Each kind has different properties, maybe you can find one that doesn't give you the munchies as bad. Or, you could try taking it as a tincture.

Half of a sliced apple or a cup of grapes - there's enough actual sugar in there to give me a fix, usually. Also, watermelon or strawberry flavored EXTRA/Orbit chewing gum in the afternoon when I start to fade.

Just following up - 2 weeks in and I'm going strong! Losing weight according to my calorie predictions (4 pounds!), stayed within my allotted calories EVERY DAY, and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all but 3 meals in those weeks. Hooray! Thanks for the inspiration!

Have you been doing the same workout and types of exercises for a long time? Sometimes mixing it up, even just a little, can help. Just something easy - on your walks, you could do jogging intervals, 1 min on and 1 min off. Or every other block do walking lunges or high-knees (fast or slow) or zombie walks?
