I had my previous Primary care doc tell me to leave he reg Pepsi alone and drink diet and I read a article the other day nurtionist are saying u can drink Diet soda so Im weening self off in between drinking sparkling water to still have the fizzy in my mouth lol

Myself I watch everything I put n my mouth which is alot on top of counting calories but daily I am usually under my goal of 1500 try loading up on vegetables throughout the day this will help with cutting down on the sodium

I found the cranberry chocolate trailmix by planters measured out and put some in some snack bags to help me with the sugar rush attacks lol I pretend I am eating a nice Kripsy kreme donut

McDonalds Quarter pounder w cheese I mean regular cheeseburger because that is what it looks like now really small smh had one a couple of months ago and made me sick so I didnt go back again

I switch in between pepsi and diet pepsi and my sodium daily levels aren't high and I have lost 70 lbs so I think not my doctor even told me to drink diet instead of regular which I try to do most of the time

Mrs Dash has a lot of flavors I have to watch my daily salt intake I try not to eat process foods at all since they are so high in sodium

Ive started buying different colored socks and shirts to workout in in all colors inexpensive instead of food reward because my big reward at the end is going to cost some money

I use Baileys mudslide coffee creamer only 35 calories with a coffee packet and no sugar added since the creamer sweetens it so calories come out at 35 since theres no calories in the coffee

Yes use water bottles laundry detergent bottles I do the same thing when I cant make it to the gym

I try to keep a bag of frozen mixed fruits to add to silk chocolate milk and make a smoothie and also keep Fiber one bars which are low in calories and sodium

I keep yogurt of all kinds in fridge to try to curb my sweet tooth, lemon drops which are low in calories but no chocolate or I make smoothies with frozen fruit and chocolate soymilk or vanilla soymilk I was a candy addict but making these little changes have helped me so far

U will find u will tweak your calories a lot at least every few months until u find a desired level that keeps u satisfy

I have 3 lbs and 5 lbs for certain exercises I use the 3's and others I use 5's
