Rewarding myself?

After a month of workout and good nutrition I decided to reward myself with 1/8 of a 100g Milka chocolate bar and now I am anxious(I do have a history of two eating disorders). It was still within my 1200 cal goal(I never reach it, I always eat less) and I did my regular 35 min of Tae Bo Cardio(Billy Blanks DVD) and 40 min of general circuit(The Biggest Loser Boot Camp). Is it okay (I feel like I should throw up)? Also is it okay to substitute weights with hourglass shaped bottles full of water(because I'm saving up for a trip and I can't ask my parents for the money)?

If a bar of chocolate does this to you, and you're thinking of throwing it up, I seriously suggest going to see a doctor, especially if you're eating less than 1200 calories a day while doing over an hour of exercise a day.0

It's not as bad as it was. And I can't reach that goal because even at my 809 cal today I feel stuffed(I opt for more proteins). But thank you for your suggestion. I am visiting my ED doctor every month but it doesn't help in cases such as this. I just want to know if it's okay that I ate that.0

you can use anything for weights. water bottles or canned foods, rice... just anything. Make sure it's equal in both hands is all0

Is your profile picture a picture of yourself? Is it current? If so, it doesn't look as if you need to lose weight, especially 22 pounds.0

Oh yes, being in-patient can cause unwanted weight gain for sure.0

The thought of eating a chocolate bar should not cause you to feel like you may throw up. It's perfectly fine to eat a treat and shouldn't cause anxiety. I'd recommend staying with your treatment plan for sure .0

Thank you all.
I made sure my mom scheduled me an early appointment(rather than the regular one).0
