Try Special K There Yummy, Crackers, Chips, Bars, even protein shakes.They are 100 cal or under As for expensive I always look at it this way what do you spend on a drink in a bar $3.00 -$7.00 for just one, at least with snacks you get a whole bag.

I eat fruit like black berries, strawberries, blueberries and pomagrante and a large glass of milk.

Coffee in the morning 2 cups limit Water, water, and more water.

Snack on veggies or an apple. Crunchy snacks always takes the edge for me, also drink a large glass of water with your snack. Good luck :)
