And then you have people like me.....who have a wheat intolerance. Sometimes I am forced to eat wheat otherwise I would starve....my body doesn't process it correctly and I gain weight like crazy.

Ok this is true....but an unstable income might mean starvation one day...then completely binging the next, could it not? Unstable eating habits...and the sodium content alone could really negatively affect one's weight.

Mashed cauliflower, or roasted cauliflower is a GREAT alternative for cravings like buttery mashed potatoes or chicken wings! I coat my cauliflower in a little garlic and chili powder and OMG it's a-may-ZING.

"Pre-planned" doesn't necessarily mean the same thing everyday...maybe it's 365 different meals a year ;) But seriously...I pre-plan, and usually get a pretty good variety. Actually...I think it helps me make SURE I change it up...seeing it on paper and all.

To each his own....I eat under 1000 cals a day because I have to eat gluten free due to celiac disease AND financial reasons don't allow me to eat all day long!
