Hello and welcome, I can't face the gym ether, I have a exercise bike at home with I use I also do yoga I found an app on my kindle for the yoga and I really enjoy, also walking is good to do. hope this works out for you.x.

Ah right, ok, just be careful and don't make yourself ill - its not worth, not sure how/what exercise you do but I have started to walk to work if your to far away get off the bus/train a few stops early, walking's good for you, take care.x

Hiya, at looking at your picture you look great, I had a look at what you have been eating the last few days and your really not eating much at all, which isn't good for you at all, mfp is only a guide. you can eat salads and veg and have healthy sweet treats and still have a good day and this might make you feel better.…

Hiya, I find when I have something bad to eat that's when I just want to keep on eating, but if I have something healthy for dinner I find it easier to be good the rest of the night, but I do find nights the worse and its not getting much better for me and not sure if it ever will!! don't deprive your self of something…

Hiya again, I think this explains a lot my mood does change, days where I feel really down and just want to eat, but I have heard that after 3-4 weeks on a diet are the hardiest but once you get past this your body gets used to it, and that's when you will fell better.xx
