I still want to lose about 12-14 more lb but this is my before and during weight loss :)

I know its not as big of a weight loss and a lot of other people but its a start

    Im not quite sure what I need to lose really suppose I will know when I get there, I have been a stone lighter than I am now but not looked far off what I look like now, the difference this time is as well as eating at a deficit I have been going to the gym and doing more weight lifting than cardio where as when I have lost weight before it was mostly just eating at a deficit
