Mini graham cracker pie crust, fat free yogurt (any flavor, I love rasberries) Fat free cool whip mix them too together add into crust and freeze till firm!

As far as I have read it means to not have any processed foods, no white sugar, any white flour, no artificial sweetners....so basically nothing that has more than 4 ingredients in it. This is some of the things that I can remember...hope that helps a lil:)

If mfp put u as 2800 i would try to eat them all. It already has you on a defict and if u go any lower than that u can put ur body in starvation mode which will have your body hold on too fat:(

Hi, the amount of protein on here is WAYYYYY to low....you should be taking in the amount of your body weight....example: if you weigh 160lbs you should be taking in 160g of protein! Protein is very important especially if you are looking to lean and build muscle...hope that helps:)

Anytime u hit that plateu u need to switch up your wkout routine. Maybe up ur speed or weights whatever it is that your doing your body is getting use to... Give it a shock by doing something totally different:) Hope that help!
