Hello! I'm "Ambrosia" and I joined up a few days ago. My goal isn't too big I guess but for me, I've been having trouble staying on-track and have occasionally made decisions about my eating habits which were un-informed (such as eating potatoes with other veggies and hot-dogs and thinking I could lose weight that way). A friend of mine told me about the site and just since I've joined (I know it's only been a few days) I've felt more motivated to exercise. I'm a little sore actually but that's good ^.^

I think I'm going on and on. I'll stop for now.

Just wondering: in the food log, at the bottom, when it says "You've earned XYZ calories due to exercise" does that mean extra to eat in addition to your daily goals for intake and calorie-burn?
