I have a fitbit. I wouldn't be without it. It helps me so much on a day to day basis. I wear it 24/7 apart from when charging it or in the bath. It has a silent alarm that vibrates on my wrist so I don't wake my hubbie. I had a watch style tracker before, but didn't rate it. Good luck in what you decide. :-)

Hi and welcome. I too suffer with Fibromyalgia and struggle to do a lot of exercise. I do what I can, when I can. I was diagnosed over 8yrs ago and it has got worse. Add me if you want and we can support each other.

Well done on losing 44lb. I know your frustrated at not losing anything....but.......the great thing is ...YOU HAVEN'T GAINED. Like someone said, maybe your body has decided its happy with the weight as it is. Hope all works out for you anyway. Good luck.

I get cravings for chocolate as well. So to alleviate it, I buy small bars of Dark chocolate @ 85%. Use the rolling pin and bash it into small bite size pieces, then put in the freezer. I personally find eating small meals throughout the morning. Bigger lunch then smaller meal in the evening. My body prefers it that way and I lose weight. Like others said do what you feel is right for you..Good luck :-)

Like everyone else has said, don't deprive yourself or you will go off plan. Fit it into your calories. I have a small milky way on a Saturday or Sunday, just depends on what mood i`m in. I stick it in the freezer for 1 hour, and savor the flavor. Lasts longer than a normal one. Good luck, and enjoy, in moderation.:-)

Go for it if its in your calories. I have the small milky ways...I freeze them for 1 hour then yummmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Takes longer to eat and it tastes divine. Only 98cals of pure sexiness :happy:
