Great going! Thats a massive difference ! I have just taken my week 2 pictures and compared against the first and i can see small changes already i love it .

From what i have read it is normal not see a change in the scales especially in the first month as you will be building muscle which weighs more than fat , have u taken measurments ? Maybe you will see a change there x

Glad to hear the soreness dissapears after a while im on day 3 and i can barely walk lol do you take a protein shake afterwards to help ?

Thanks guys , am def aching today after the fit test & just getting the lil one to bed before i start the 1st real workout eek :/ so good to hear people getting results though really gives me the motivation to carry on until the end :) let me know how you all get on with todays workout :)

Well i survived the fitness test (just about) feeling good even if my results are a bit crap , Switch kicks 70 Power jacks 39 Power knees 80 Power jumps 22 Globe jumps 7 Suicide jumps 11 Push up jacks 22 Low plank oblique 31

I picked it up from amazon for £110 inc delivery , i have seen them going on ebay for £50-£70 used though x

Thanks that makes sense about lengh of workout etc , im planning on doing insanity so will be a high intensity workout around 50 mins 6x a week and will be when my sons in bed around 7pm and will be eating last meal at 5pm so i guess i just wait and see how i feel but the more i read the more i figure theres no quick fix…

Thanks , Im def in a different mind set now and am more determined than ever to make a change . I plan on following the diet plan that comes with it as close as i can but its all kind of confusing because ive never worried about how many calories / protein im consuming etc
