  • My daughter had problems similar to this and then she started passing out. She has what is called a cavernous malformation in her brain. Few doctors really know anything about these and they can only be detected by a MRI with contrast. Something to keep in mind if the other suggestions given to you here don't help.
  • I log it all. It just helps me keep it real and honest with myself.
  • I have been told that meeting the bmi will make me look like a drug addict and I think that maybe true for older people. Our skin is thinning and like you said, it makes it tough on the butt bones. I would go with a weight that makes you feel comfortable. No one knows your body like you do. If you feel it is time to…
  • I don't usually binge due to cravings. I binge from depression and in that case it does not matter what I am eating, I am just trying to fill the hole. I have had this going on the last few weeks. I am feeling really down. No weight loss and I am dealing with some health problems for both me and my daughter. My daughter…

I am glad I came across your blog those many…
  • It will great, if some of those people stick around. It is always good to find new friends and maybe even new people who can inspire us to keep up our journey. I hope there are even just a few people who will be successful and that will make the annoying questions worth while for a few weeks. That's only as long as most of…

  • I started at a 24 in May of 2013. I am now in 14 which is a little big. 12 are still a little tight for my liking. Co-workers want me to wear the 12. I guess I have been covering up weight for so long, I don't like the idea of clothes fitting close so I can't bring myself to wear them yet. Maybe in a few more pounds.
  • Earlier this month I did the same thing. I made donations of my old clothes to two of our local charities. I hope someone gets good use out of them and then realizes that they can be in a smaller size too. I also kept one old pair of pants and shirt for comparison. I don't EVER want to go back! I reached ONEDERLAND last…
