  • Yep your dehaydrated. I have a small bladder too. Don't drink coffee before or after a workout it can dehydrate you. Just at least sip on the water while working out. You don't want to pass out from beaing dehydrated or worst case senario have cardic arrest.
  • A good pre and post workout food would be a reduced fat choclate milk, but since it has to be cold I would stick to fruit like apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries or even nuts. You cold have a large apple for around 100 calories and a 1/4 cup of peanuts for around 150 calories and that would give you 350 calories.

  • Ice it. Follow the term RICE. Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate. After an injury you always want to ice it to keep the inflamation down.

  • Yes you can get an allergy to peanuts later in life. That also goes for shell fish. My mother became allergic to shell fish at the age of 60.
