Yes I'm a hairstylist so my days are 8 to 10 hours long. Maybe when scheduale instead of booking all up book myself a walk break? And with the 2 year old it is hard. Cus it is just myself. Father is not around. I want this for myself. So if you know some motivators please send them my way

I want to lose. 90 lbs. It seems so imposible. So please everyone friend me help motivat me... my weakness is pasta yumm and coke.... I really don't know how to cut it out. I'm trying the special k diet. Cross your fingers. I go on a cruize in 70 days so cross your fingers I lose atleast25 30 by then:(:ohwell:

bump have some greek yogurt before your workout, or a protien drink, that will help with calories!! and the protien !!!!you need protien for your body sense you are burning o much!!

thanks everyone. i think i am going to up my intake of water, and change up my gym plan, and i think some days i dont eat enough, then the next i eat to much. that could be a prob, last week i was sick and in bed all day everyday, the only thing i got up for is taking care of my one year old. but i gaoned 5 last week so…

well i do zumba and for 45 mins we sweat 500 to 700 cals !!!!!! its so fun.. dancing is deff more than a slow pace walk
