What is the best ay to flush water weight gain?

I know i have alot of sodium in my diet, i keep it at my limit but i know im still holding water weight.. any ideas on how to flush that everyday?

If it is simply retained water, think about over the counter diuretics such as Furosemide. But before you do so, check with your doctor to make sure the water you're holding onto isn't related to high blood pressure or any other serious health issue. If so, s/he may prescribe prescription diuretics.0

Put lemon in your water, eat cucumbers, asparagus, drink tea- Fennel is good for diuerti. Also parsley.. all known to help eliminate excess water all natural.0
