    Think you need to change the IMG and /IMG to lowercase on this site for it to work.

    I tried changing the IMG to img for you, but it says they have been deleted or removed from photobucket...???

    You have to post them then change the upper case IMP to lower case img, but it looks like you removed the photos anyway.

    I agree with rflowers7 and I just copied and pasted the links (sans the IMG stuff) and they showed up just fine.

    Wow! You've done an amazing job!! Especially in only 6 months. Congrats!!!

    Some resistance band work will help tighten up in the areas you need. If I could suggest the 6 Week Body Makeover, I wouldn't do the diet part but the exercise part is awesome!

    i was able to copy/paste the URLs though when i clicked "quote" i just grabbed them that way.... hope someone can fix it for you! Looking great, btw!

    Wonder why I couldnt view the photos, I changed the IMG to lower case but the image has been removed boxes showed up ??

    Thanks mandell, all I need to do now is tone up and find a new partner as I have split up from my wife so if anyone has any dating tips I would love to hear them :smile:

    Sorry to hear about the split up. I have no ideas for dating, I haven't had the best luck in life and when I finally found the guy I am with, I litterally stumbled over him (long story!)

    thanks to everyone for all the wonderful comments:smile:

    Splitting up was the wake up call I needed to get my life back in order. Now I am happier, fitter and healthier with a new lease of life. I am doing things I never thought I would ever do, never thought I would be able to jog for 20mins without stopping.

    My future plans are to learn to dance, get a passport and visit some foreign countries (US, Italy, Thailand and Egypt when it calms down a bit over there) I also hope to do a marathon next year or year after depending on if there is a london marathon next year or not.

    Some of you have only just started on your weight loss journey, all I can say is never give up, work hard and the weight will come off. You will have good weeks and bad weeks but as long as you keep monitoring your goals you will succeed :smile:
