Splitting up was the wake up call I needed to get my life back in order. Now I am happier, fitter and healthier with a new lease of life. I am doing things I never thought I would ever do, never thought I would be able to jog for 20mins without stopping.

My future plans are to learn to dance, get a passport and visit some foreign countries (US, Italy, Thailand and Egypt when it calms down a bit over there) I also hope to do a marathon next year or year after depending on if there is a london marathon next year or not.

Some of you have only just started on your weight loss journey, all I can say is never give up, work hard and the weight will come off. You will have good weeks and bad weeks but as long as you keep monitoring your goals you will succeed
