Certainly not at goal yet but here are some progress pics. I am 4'11 My starting weight was258 could have been higher in the red shorts picture... my current weight is 198.8 I don't have a current pic but the one in the grey and blue shirt is prob 210 maybe. I've been consistent with MFP since April/May

That's amazing! Great job! I started at 258 and today I hit 199.8 so now we know how good it feels to win! Soon enough you are gonna be in "onederland"!

Me and my girlfriend go as many times a week as we can. I think maybe start with 3 days a week and go from there. The better you start to feel the more you will want to go!

I'm 4'11 my starting weight this spring was 258 and my current weight is 201!

I eat 1250 calories a day and I tend to fill up on fruits and vegetables, If you're eating meals that are consuming the 1200 right away, maybe take another look at the foods you are choosing?

Amazing!!! You don't have to think about how far you have to go only how far you have come!! Your gonna be in onederland before you know it, but ya know what?? Your gonna feel stronger and faster and all around better with each single pound you drop, so enjoy the journey and keep doing what you have been doing :)

I think you need to remind yourself what are you losing by not eating the chips? Have some self control, sometimes that self control begins and ends in the grocery store. If you can't not buy the product that's your first problem. I love chips and it was definitely different for me to have a serving size but now I dole out…

I'm not sure about you guys but I cannot go all out like that anymore... I will eat whatever I want on a holiday but portion size is key for me... otherwise I will have the *kitten* for weeks haha. I'm serious, binging now rots my gut.
