Keep me motivated

I've been in a slump for the last few weeks and thought I'd try something new. I'm 32, am kind of active at work (medical), train bjj, kickboxing, powerlift, and sometimes go running when I'm feeling froggy. I've never stuck with counting calories but I've been stuck at 180 longer than I'd like so I was hoping to find people to remind my lazy *kitten* to stick with it. My goal weight is 170 so then I could think about competing.

    Motivation is fickle.

Do the thing. That’s how it happens.

If you’re doing that much activity, I’m going to say the fault lies in the kitchen.

Have you begun weighing and logging?

    motivation comes from within.

other people doing their thing, has no effect on what you should be doing. or them telling you what you should be doing, then its just nagging.

its hard to stay motivated. and we ALL have good days, and bad. but not letting a bad day turn into a bad week, or bad MONTH, is how we succeed.

Wow that’s a lot of activity. It’s hard to keep track. Maybe post something on the fridge to remind yourself to track your food intake. I’m not sure. Good luck! You got this!
