Yes. I do, as a lot of people here. :happy: For me works like a motivational tool, and It works for me. Maybe 1 time a day, maybe 3 times a day. The point is: Is useful for you? It helps to keep you motivated? If yes, do it. If not, forget it. Good luck!

Are not jus "empy carbs". 30 Gr of special k with a cup of milk give you aound 50% of the vitamins and minerals you should take in all day. I take it every morning. In my case is the only meal that is always the same. I only change every day the other 4 or 5 meals. Works for me. :-)

Ok. The point is clear. If you make that exercise every day (good thing) you need to eat more. And dont forget to eat serveral times, every 2 or three hours. I'm doing this and it goes veeeeeeeery well.
