Well she'll only lose water weight but I second the others on here in saying weight loss shouldn't even been considered if she's not well! Should be the last thing on anyone's mind. Sezmo, now you mention it my own rings have been feeling looser! I didn't think of finger fat!? lol. I forget that fat can deposit anywhere although I tend to focus on the normal areas like stomach and legs. But yeah...fingers! Even the back of my neck I suppose! lol. Its just not something that occured to me!

Well when i started here on 15th April i was 157lbs. Not massively overweight, but overweight. And now I'm 141lbs. I'd like to think you'd see a difference but I don't! I've really been struggling and fell off the wagon for a week. So this week i'm going to start small and try and get my overweight *kitten* back on that damn wagon! So this week my goal is to eat clean, log in every day, and burn 1000 calories in exercise. Then next week i'll up it.

Ha! I work in the NHS and our nurses go MENTAL at people who use Q-tips...we see people all the time who get them stuck. That being said i still do it! :)

Well i just put my goals into MFP and that's what it threw back at me? 1200cals per day? I'm only 6 weeks into this MFP so just assumed MFP knew what it was doing? And 1200 IS working for me. I was just wondering at what point people started upping their intake?

Two years ago i became unwell and the weight FELL off me over a period of 6 months. I went from a UK dress size 14, to a dress 8! And sadly i got a lot of stretch marks!
