I have done every one but hip hop abs....I like Max 30 if you want something similar to Insanity....but Aslyum to be is the hardest. Max 30 though is a little more cardio than Asylum...which I love....

I think the Max 30 push ups are just nutso hard...but..learning I can improve on tricep push ups. Did Max Strength today....tough work out! I did Body pump after...my arms felt like rubber..LOL!

I did Friday fight yesterday, and maxed out at 18 minutes. Did Max Cardio today and maxed out at the end of the warm up...LOL!! The warm up last exercise zonked me out! It was fun. Did Tabata strength...maxed out at 23 minutes. Followed it with LesMills Combat kick start. Yikes...I overdid it In my opinion, but I ordered both Les Mills Combat and Les Mills Pump because they were 40% off on BB...so I want to try it all...lol!! Going to yoga tomorrow....and then family is off skiing for the next few…

It is all about improving! I ran and did Body Pump these last few days...now on to the next Max 30 workout....whatever is after sweat intervals....I forget:)....I hope I survive! Lol. My legs are sore from running and pump.

I have completed the first Cardio Challenge and Tabata Power so far. I run and also do Baptiste yoga, so I fit this into my work out repertoire. I have to say, the Tabata power kicked my tail, and I thought Cardio was a killer too...though I made it the whole way...(though I screamed:). I made it to 22 minutes or so on…

Thinkng about what matters, seeing older couples walking and hoping I will be able to do the same when I am there age,and I love listening to my breath...I also get the most amazing ideas when I run!
