  • Has anyone had gas and diarrhea during recovery? I been having gas and diarrhea for the past 3 days, not too much diarrhea though just once those 3 days since i started recovering. Have any idea why? Thanx again for the help!

  • Thanx, but like i said, fruit is a low calorie and filling so i wont be getting enough unless i eat it with peanut butter which is high in fat so i guess im gonna have to be eating lots of fat. Thanx again!

  • Thanks! Vegetables and fruits are too low calorie and would pretty much fill you up quick, whenever i have a fruit like an apple or banana ill always eat it with peanut butter.
  • Thanx! And yeah i do drink lots of water like maybe 5 and more water bottles a day and yeah my parents do the cooking, the only time i would cook is if im home alone. So basically I cant count calories except for when i eat stuff that have a nutritional label. Thanx again for the help!
  • Thanx for the help, I AM eating a lot more btw, but without counting so i just make sure I eat lots of high calorie food like avocado, nuts, and peanut butter which I love, i can probably eat a whole jar of peanut butter!

  • But like i asked, is too much sodium, fat, or sugar bad when recovering from anorexia? I heard lots of people even a couple of doctors say that it doesnt matter as long as im getting enough calories to gain weight.
  • Oh yeah definitely, i dont eat like that everyday, it was just this one day since basically i dont have anything in the house.
  • Problem about that is that like i said im recovering from anorexia and vegetables are low in calories and fill me up quick, so i need something higher in calories which is why i ask if too much fat and sugar is alright for anorexia recovery since basically everything thats healthy is low in calories.
  • Im not worried about it cause itll cause weight gain which is the reason i WANT to eat it, im worried about the health benefits, like if i eat too much fat or sugar itll cause a problem, otherwise i would eat. Should i just not worry about the grams of fat and sugar and just eat it to help me gain weight?
