Whats your formula? Heres mine. Tell me if im wrong. 2900 calorie burn minimum. 1300 calorie intake limit. 2900 (burn) - 1300 (intake) = 1600 (actual burn after intake) 1600 calorie burn = 1/2 pound burned This is what im following so far. Never really reached this but im trying. (not far either)

I really was just curious. Ive never watched those shows and if you say more exercise than im on the right track. I walk an average of 4 miles daily. Im dropping weight fast but I wish I could do 2 lbs a week. Thats would be sweet. And if more exercise will help that then im walking more ty

I am an at home dad. I do not work. The only exercise I get is my walks. I walk an average of 4 miles a day 6 days a week.

I did insanity when I was 306 lbs. It was super hard. I may just jump on this. The 2nd month was hard.

I been wondering the same thing as well. My daily intake limit is 1300. I burn on average 2000. This is how I did my formula. 2000 - 1300 = 700 So I actually only count 700 as burned cause I consumed 1300. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

K so I just had a visit with my dr. and I asked him if my HRM could be off. He looked my logs and says its bery much accurate. The only thing is I may be overdoing it. So my HRM is fine. But for the sake of piece of mind, im gonna reset it

Sorry for the lack of info. CURRENT STATISTICS (as of November 2013) Weight - 278 lbs Height - 5' 7" Waist - 49 " BMI - 43.5% (+30 = obese) I do an average of 3 miles daily 6 days a week. Ive worn my HRM while grocery shopping. Nothing wrong with that. I can do this one. I just totalled up November's distances and it was 121.35 miles. And I missed about a week of walking.

I did the first 30 days of insanity. It hurt bad but I was a 300 lb guy. It was haed because my stomach was so big. However I stopped doing it because I felt like (for me) It wasnr worth the hustle.
