Please correct me if im wrong. To lose 100 pounds in 12 months, I need to lose 8.5 pounds a month. To lose 8.5 pounds a month, I need to lose 2.5 pound a week. To lose 2.5 pounds a week, I need to burn 8750 calories. To burn 8750 calories a week, I need to burn 1250 calories a day, (plus equivalent to my intake). Calorie…

HRM opinions wanted..........
I'll get straight to the point. I use a pulse sonic HRM with chest strap. This is my 2nd HRM. My 1st was a timex. (shorted out) Anyhow heres the question. I go on long walks. 2 1/2 - 3 hours. My HRM says I burned like 3075. Map my fitness says 1028 amd MFP said 800. Which is accurate? Is my HRM off? I entered all info…
