Wow, that's allot of training. They say not to overdo it or you could get burned out or injure yourself. To lose weight they say work out just over 3 hours PER WEEK of medium to high intensity cardio. And if you cut calories too you would only need about 2 1/2 hours of medium to high intensity cardio PER WEEK.
