As sson as i got home from work i would head straight to the fridge and eat what i thought were realtively healthy/low calorie foods. now that i log, i realise i was eating way too many calories. to stop this habit i pre - log all my food for the day including what i can eat when i get home…
  • I'm in! I'm actually 3 days in already but I dont want to loose motivation and it will be so much better knowing that other people are going through it too! I have taken my measurements but will leave posting them til the end. - something to look forward to - hopefully! Good luck everyone, we can do it! :-)
