I had a smoothie for breakfast and a grilled chicken sandwich with a salad for lunch. I could have possibly had a full bladder this morning when I weighed myself. It was the same scale

I am trying to lose the same amount of weight and I was wondering the same thing! I still have 10 ounces of red wine every night and it fits in my calories. I have also managed to lose one pound per week so far. I even "cheat" a little on the weekend and have an extra glass of wine or two. Enjoy the wine!

My goals are very similar!! We want start a family in about two years, but I want to be healthy and ready for it. I also would like a new wardrobe and to feel great in what I wear! I would also like to be able to start jogging or running. I'm still out of shape!

I can totally understand! My husband is very supportive of my weight loss goals, but it's just so weird to feel this way because I've never had trouble with gaining weight. I suppose it's a part of being an adult :)

Well I thought I had pretty well balanced diet. I try to eat more fruits and vegetables and less greasy foods and such. I drink plenty of water throughout the day. I have a big cup I take everywhere with me to refill constantly.

No, I don't have a tape measurer (I'm a college student, definitely not something I have on hand haha :) ) and It is usually about 20-30 minutes after I workout that I eat breakfast

DETERMINATION! I've learned that determination and true commitment are the keys! I set a time (6 am) to go work out with a friend who teaches me things at the gym. I do 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and they say to do interval work (changing the resistance every few minutes then lowering it to rest for a minute…
