Lightly active VS active?
How do I know how to choose between lightly active and active? I am a teacher, so I do not sit down at work behind my desk. It is summer break, but I am currently babysitting, so I'm not sitting down much now either. I also work out regularly (4 days a week at least) what should I put on my profile?

Water weight
Is 3-4 pounds too much to be considered water weight? I know I am bloated but I wondered how much water weight is normal. Also, does anyone have any remedies on how to get rid of bloat. I get it SO bad sometimes it feels like

BMR Concern
I was recently told about BMR and my BMR is 1523.35 according to a website that just calculated it. Then I continued to calculate how many calories I could have a day based on that and it was 2,360. Isn't that a little much?? MFP is telling me to have 1460 a day and that's what I've been trying to do. Help?
