I do this. I would consider myself "lightly active" but have mfp set to "active" so that it's closer to my TDEE and I don't have to worry about eating different amounts on different days.

What she ^^ said. Also, how much/little are you eating? This is going to sound completely backward, but if you're not eating enough calories a lot of times your body will hold on to or even add more fat (especially when you're breast feeding). A friend of mine who was breast feeding actually lost weight -and inches- when…

Unless it's a whole meal, like a large salad w/ toppings, I don't track any veggies I eat.

Hi, I'm 5'0" and around 120 lbs (30 years old). I've lost about 30 lbs over the past 5 years or so (it would have been so much fast if I'd found MFP sooner!). My TDEE is around 1700 if I'm sedentary, but as long as I'm lifting 3-5 days/week it's more like 1900-2000. I still get jealous listening to hubby complain that…

I'm 5'0" and 120 lbs. (30 years old). To lose .5 lbs/week, my goal is set at 1900 calories! I strength train 4-5 days each week for about 45 minutes per session.

My husband complaining about how hard it is to eat so many (2900) calories each day but then skipping meals b/c he "didn't have time to eat". Women (usually) who say things like, "you're so skinny...how do you do it?" I answer honestly and get some variation of "Oh, that wouldn't work for me. I mean, I've never tried it,…

Thanks for confirming my guess for me; that's about what I would have guessed. I've been using 4-point and a 7-point caliper measurements and getting waaaay lower (like 11%-15%) and knew from looking at pictures that they weren't right.

Thanks for this!

When you get a chance, could you please give me an estimate? I'm 5'0" and 118.8 lbs when these photos were taken. Front, relaxed. Side, relaxed. Back, relaxed. Side, semi-flexed

I made this decision about 2 weeks ago. It seems to finally be getting a little easier.

Bump. I was just wondering about this a couple minutes ago! I'm 5'0" and used to hearing statements start something like, "but because you're so short..."

Today was the "official" first day of my first bulk cycle. My lifts have been at a plateau pretty much since I started my 250-300 calorie deficit 2 months ago and for the past 2 weeks I've been very tired all day. I'm so ready for the energy to return! I can't wait to see your results!

Finally got around to weighing/measuring myself this morning! Weight: 118 lbs-this is actually about .5lb heavier than a month ago but I've been lifting pretty heavy so that doesn't me. Chest: 31.5" Boo-this is the one that went down the most since last month and is NOT a part that I wanted to see shrink at all. LOL. Waist…

1. I count my morning tea as water...it's made with water, right? 2. Most of the time I don't weigh my food, I just guesstimate. 3. Once in a while, if I'm pretty sure I'll go over for the day, I "forget" to log some foods until after I've clicked the finished for the day button so that my home feed will still say that I…

Hubby says I should say you forgot "I'd let her go down on me", "blow me", and "smack that".
