Thank you all! The Ultimate Food Value Diary looks really promising.

Thanks, all! I'm currently not really exercising (I walk 20-30 mins/day several times a week) but I am on my feet a lot of the day. How should I calculate that?

I'm at 26 PP on WW but not losing when I eat my full weekly amount plus exercise points (they have a way to log exercise now).

Yes, but when my daily calories are so low, I'm afraid I'll be hungry if I limit myself to just the daily calories. Any advice on "working them in"?

This is awesome!! Thank you! What do you recommend for the most accurate calorie number? Scooby? I always have trouble figuring out my activity level. I walk 20 mins about 3x a week and am on my feet a lot of the day.

Thanks all! I'll start with sedentary. How much should I cut for maximum weight loss?

Can anyone recommend a reliable, inexpensive food scale?

Wow-- this feedback is amazing! Thanks so much everyone! rkasper22-- we sound very similar. I really appreciate your tip on fat. Could you give me some examples of what you do? I already have almond butter on my ezekiel bread toast every morning but the rest of my fat is probably from dairy (not ideal!).

I was thinking of shooting for 1800-- too little? I don't eat my exercise calories back.

Wow-- thanks all! I've read the TDEE and BMR article and that was helpful. My TDEE is 2133. I'm lightly active during the day (on my feet at least 60-70% of the time) and walk 20-30 minutes a day. I'd like to lose 15-20 lbs. Does that help?
