Our gym doesn't have a pool or I would LOVE to swim once or twice a week. Right now it's just Zumba twice a week and walking a few days in between. I dread working out beforehand but I feel so good afterwards and the next day!

I weight myself every morning (first thing) but only record my weight on Mondays. I just started taking my measurements again as well but will only re-measure once a month.

Me too! My goal is a 10 pound weight loss and to move back into the "healthy" BMI category to prepare me for my first (healthy) pregnancy. I will work out a minimum of three times per week, drink 64 oz. of water, and eat a healthy amount of calories in the amount of 1,500 maximum. I also tend to have emotional binge days.…
