I'm 14 weeks and was so happy to hear my dr. say I could continue doing zumba as long as I kept one foot on the floor at all times. Anyone else out there pregnant and doing zumba :flowerforyou:

Question: Can you gain muscle without lifting heavy weights?
Or more specifically: Since starving yourself on a 1200 calorie/day intake will cause you to lose muscle, what benefit do your muscles get from adequately noursihing your body with food and working out (but not heavy lifting)?

Protein Ideas for those who don't love meat???
I find myself with almost unbearable hungar pangs throughout the day because I'm not getting my protein in. I do eat poultry and seafood but don't desire it at every meal. (I can go days without eating meat.) I'm looking for ideas to up my protein throughout the day to keep me satisfied. Ideas anyone?
