Dear Sunshine,

Congratuations on your first 30 days of refocusing! You have not wasted one day binging out on junk food or succumbing to emotional eating. You have eaten well and stayed in your calorie range one day at a time (sometimes one meal/snack at a time). You kept in mind that immediate results are unrealistic but slow and steady wins this race.

Keep up the good work! Because you've been so dilligent and focused and yes sometimes obsessed, you will not dread your 30 day progress pics :glasses:
