Trying to get in shape before become pregnant

I have been up and down with my weight. I am trying to get to a steady normal weight before I get pregnant. I would like to lose 16 pounds, and I really need some motivation. I can't believe how quickly you can eat daily calories.

    Me too! My goal is a 10 pound weight loss and to move back into the "healthy" BMI category to prepare me for my first (healthy) pregnancy.

    I will work out a minimum of three times per week, drink 64 oz. of water, and eat a healthy amount of calories in the amount of 1,500 maximum.

    I also tend to have emotional binge days. I'm challenging myself to a 90 day no emotional binge goal. Now to find something productive to do on thos emotional days...
