Brand new to MFP. I have not been disappointed with any of it. I know what to do, how to do it, but just didn't have motivation. I think MFP has found a fix for this. I am jumping in with both feet. Flavored yogurt has a lot of added sugar. A suggestion I like is to get a good quality Greek yogurt - Plain. Add your own fruit and honey and you will be way below the commercial blend calorie count and it will be fresh fruit!
